A passion for tradition
Our story
We bring the authentic taste of Naples to Sweden with a traditional wood-fired oven and recipes handed down through generations.
It all began with a craving for proper Neapolitan pizza out here on the archipelago coast. After trips to Naples, long hours beside the ovens of Campania and plenty of failed dough batches, the idea of a pizza truck that could carry the whole experience to the sea was born.
Every pizza is made with the finest Italian ingredients — San Marzano tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and extra virgin olive oil. The dough proves for 24–48 hours and bakes at 450°C for 60–90 seconds, giving that light, airy base with its signature leopard-spotted char.
Today the truck rolls between Valdemarsvik and Flatvarp harbour. Come by, take a pizza in hand and eat it while it is still hot. That is when it is at its very best.
